The video game, which first debuted on Sega and Mega Drive in 1991, is attempting a comeback. Talk about panic on Funkotron.
Designer Greg Johnson has taken to Kickstarter to get the game off its feet. The game’s creators released sequels in 1993 and 2002 (the latter was exclusively for XBox), but both of these disappointed fans.
It may have been one of your childhood favorites – the concept of two alien rappers with a truly funky soundtrack is, in and of itself, awesome – but is this a franchise worth saving?
If you’re a die-hard gamer who just can’t let go of those glory days of Sega, then pledge your hard-earned bucks to the Kickstarter and turn this game into reality!
