I’ve got wanderlust and this stunning photographs are only making me itchier. Aerial photography is nothing new, but this team of Russian photographers known as AirPano travels the world taking amazing hi-res photographs with specialized equipment. Check out their bird’s-eye view shots of some of the world’s most beautiful and awe-inspiring locations.
“Although we usually photograph from a helicopter, we also like to shoot from an airplane, a dirigible, a hot air balloon, and a radio-controlled helicopter,” they write. Using AirPano’s special viewer, you can pan around and look in every direction. That’s right, 360 degrees. This gives you the feeling of actually being on location. Virtual tours without even leaving your couch. What an age to live in!
