This latest TV spot for Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron may only be one minute long, but it’s probably also the most exciting thing you’ve seen so far this Thursday. Thankfully, it doesn’t include the stupid music from Pinocchio (thanks a lot, Disney).
The film, which is set to release May 1, is the second of four planned Avengers films (serving as a sequel to 2012’s The Avengers) and the eleventh installment within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The remaining sequels for the franchise are Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 and Part 2, set to be released in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
Can’t wait that long? No worries! The action-packed Age of Ultron brings back together Captain America (Chris Evans), Iron Man (Robert Downey, Jr.), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), and your other favorite Marvel superheroes and actors like Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Idris Elba, and Samuel L. Jackson.
Considering that The Avengers is the highest-grossing comic book adaptation, super hero film, and Walt Disney Studios release of all time (not to mention the holder of numerous box office records), we think it’s safe to say that the sequel has some pretty high standards.
But will it meet its expectations?
