This Changes the Meaning of Portable Radio.
Just when you thought you’d seen it all…
Austin Cohlmia was in for a treat when he found out his wedding ring was much more than just a band of gold around his finger. In fact, it felt a lot more like something out of a high school science fair experiment: his ring can broadcast the radio.
Who knows just how Austin figured out his coolest new party trick, but as it turns out, when he places an aux cord through his ring and plugs the cord into a speaker, the connection picks up a radio signal and becomes audible. How cool is that?
In the video below, the man shows off just how the phenomenon works, much to his chagrin. After taking to the internet, some helpful Redditors jumped to the task to explain the science behind the surprising trick.
The only downside? The ring seemed to pick up just one station, and it was the Hillary Clinton hearing about Benghazi from last week. Couldn’t he have gotten some classic rock instead?

How is this even real?? I wish my ring could do this trick…
