The Vine Bridges of Iya Valley

This valley in Japan is famous for the several bridges made completely out of vine. These bridges have been around for hundreds of years but have since been reinforced with steel cables and new wood to preserve it. Nevertheless, crossing this bridge is no relaxing matter. Every step you take comes with the dreaded swinging sensation.
Deosai Bridge

Located in Pakistan, this bridge covers gravel, asphalt and rivers. It is made completely out of wood and runs at an average altitude of 13,500ft above sea level! Yikes!
Bamboo Bridge

This tiny bridge is the only thing that connects the city Kampong Chong in Cambodia with a nearby island. The thing is, the bridge is only useful during the dry months. When the wet season comes, everyone who lives on the island has to rely on boats.
