Seems like this dance star has ended up on the bottom of the legal pyramid this go round!
Welp, the verdict is in and it doesn’t look good for Dance Moms coach Abby Lee Miller. Miller was sentenced today in court to one year and a day in federal prison. The tenacious teacher of tiny ballerinas pleaded guilty to bankruptcy fraud last June.
Miller, who made a tearful (sobbing) plea to Chief Judge Joy Flowers for leniency in her sentencing was reportedly “nervous” prior to the outcome of her hearing but was tight lipped as the judge read her penalty today in court. And even in spite of her tears it appears the judge was unfazed by the show of remorse…we’re guessing she viewed the entire spectacle all came too little, too late.
